Job Title : GST Assistant Manager / Manager (Account Department)

As a GST Assistant Manager, you will oversee and manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with regulatory requirements. PPE arrangement – ensure store supervisor submit the items collection form back to HR after issuance
• Provide advice and assistance to hiring project managers on staff recruitment for site staff by checking on their pre-employment history on WPOL and coretrade/multiskilling status on construction workforce registration system (CWRS)

• TOIL: Ensure that an appropriate record of TOIL is being captured, tracking when it was accrued and when it is taken to ensure we remain compliant.
• Allowances checking: conduct quarterly award allowances checking, tracking and calculation.
• Reconciliation: Completing a review of employees’ payment in line with their entitlements with the Award for those with an annualized contract on the 12-month anniversary of the annualized contract date. Ensuring rectification for the leaver is paid within 7 days of the final day.
