• Provide administrative support for local and international shipment activities, including inbound and outbound courier booking and tracking, ensuring shipment compliance
• Support commercial activities and local despatch coordination, facilitating delivery or collection between the customers and service providers
• Handle customer enquiries through calls & emails
• Support commercial activities, such as generating invoices and delivery order
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A team player
• Flexible and willing to accept ad-hoc and urgent tasks as needed
