- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (Friday WFH)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Managers with day-to-day management and oversight of operational tasks within the designated region.
- Receive and process a variety of shipment information from clients, including but not limited to invoices, air waybills (HAWB), packing lists (PL), datasheets, etc.
- Track shipments using different carrier websites such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or through direct coordination with agents in various countries and office locations.
- Coordinate with agents via phone to resolve any shipment-related issues that may arise.
- Perform data entry operations to create new shipments and upload pertinent shipment information onto the company's operative system.
- Collect, organize, and store shipment-related documents both physically and within the internal system, ensuring document management is kept current.
- Update company operative system systematically with shipment information and fees, maintaining high levels of accuracy at all times.
- Generate and provide detailed reports on shipment status or other queries as requested by the Operations Manager.
- Engage in consistent communication with agents within the region and amongst global regional offices to ensure streamlined operations.
- Prepare routine reports guided by client specifications and operational needs.
- Input and sustain precise data within the company system & Basecamp, in line with company policies and system demands, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Identify situations or issues that require escalation and communicate these to the Operations Manager for further guidance or decision-making.
- Aid in the development of materials and reports for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Undertake additional support tasks as required.

- Minimum Diploma in International Trade/Logistics/Customs/Compliance or relevant
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
