• Assist with general office administrative tasks.
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Process invoices, handling accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Accurately enter data into software, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Attending incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
• Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoice issued, etc.)
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

• Basic cashiering duties
