JOB PURPOSE:

• Support role for the relationship managers

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Client onboarding and ongoing KYC : to work closely with customer, onboarding team and compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding / KYC / CDD / AML in time.

2. Client servicing: to ensure day-to-day customer queries are handled in a timely manner.

3. New business: to support the relationship managers in assessing the viability of the new transaction, in ensuring timely submission of account opening, credit proposals, deal presentation slides and manage the credit process and turnaround time. To attend roadshows and make customer visits with relationship managers

4. Ongoing account monitoring and customer relationship managing :

Be able to :

• ensure timely submission of periodically account reviews and loan reviews, conduct post-lending monitoring of approved conditions/covenants. To raise waivers arising from deviations from bank policies and approved conditions/covenants.
• develop and manage customer portfolios as well as conduct regular credit reviews to maintain healthy loan portfolios;
• visit customers periodically with RM to update the latest situations of customers and develop new business;
• implement transaction monitoring, ask customer provide transaction information or supporting documents.

5. Regulatory: to ensure regulatory checklists are completed and maintained in accordance with bank policies and requirements.

6. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by HOD and RM.

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc
• Assist in investor reporting, partner capital account statements, capital calls, distribution, equalization notices and client reporting are prepared and disseminated correctly
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds
• Develop strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholder including fund managers, investors, auditors, tax agents etc
• Other ah-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in fund houses and fund administrators)
• Strong knowledge of report standards including IFRS, SFRS and RAP 7.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable and meticulous to figures and driven to meet deadlines.
