Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee billings to ensure timely invoicing and accurate and timely recording of transactions in accounting system.

• Develop and implement initiatives to improve finance operations
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures for finance operations’ processes are documented and kept up to date with changes.
• Administer the appointment of approving officers and approving authorities matrix.
• Liaise with internal or external auditors for audit queries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned.

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience with audit and project management experience.
