Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in routine care including diaper changing and preparation of milk for the children as well as meal times.
• Ensure the children’s safety in the school during lesson time.
• Assist the Form Teachers in preparation of lesson materials.
• Assist the Form Teacher in other administrative duties including attendance taking, daily temperature checks, portioning food out for the children, filling up of their water bottles.
• Conduct simple activities like story telling and/or singing of songs and/or simple art activities with the children.

Requirements:

• Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (FECCE) is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Walk dogs in the morning.
• Clean up after the dogs, including pee and poo.

• Feed and shower dogs as needed.
• Ensure dogs are comfortable, socialized, and having fun.
• Support in swim sessions and enrichment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love for dogs and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience with dogs is a plus but not required.
• Responsible, patient, and friendly individuals.
• Must be of good physical fitness and health to handle daily tasks like walking and cleaning.
• Ability to commit for at least 6 months.
• Flexibility to work 1–3 shifts per week, depending on staffing needs.

Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to preparing items for shipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, check, and store product items in designated warehouse locations (Inbound).
2. Pick, check, and pack product items for outbound shipments.
3. Repack packages and perform minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning and oiling spare parts.
4. Prepare cargo for shipment.
5. Conduct inventory housekeeping and cycle counting.
6. Assess stock conditions and carry out minor rework on pallets or stocks.
7. Ensure all processes adhere to company standards and internal controls.
8. Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.

Requirements

1. Essential Skills: Forklift license is required.
2. Proficiency in basic computer usage.
3. Experience:Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
4. Physical Capability:Able to move items weighing up to 20kg.
   Comfortable walking extensively and working in a non-air-conditioned environment.
5. Soft Skills:Proactive and positive work attitude.
