1) National Coach

• Coach the National Squad/Team
• Plan, programme and deliver all aspects of the open national programmeand be accountable for team performances.
• Plan, organise and undertake all aspects of tours and compettin
• Provide annual plans for all age national squads in conjunction with other key stakeholders and service providers
• Plan, co-ordinate, communicate all aspects of player programming/player requirements with support staff, team officials and Sport Singapore
• Be a National Selector for Opens and 21&U, and optionally the 19&U and 17&U squads including leading the selection panel at Open Level
• Utilise the Sport Singapore's resources and facilities in sports science, sports strength & conditioning, psychology and other resources as available for use by the Open and 21 squads.
