Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients—answering calls, emails, and welcoming visitors.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
• Handle correspondence, document preparation, and file management.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a smooth-running workplace.
• Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks.
• Prepare and issue billing to clients.
• Prepare secretarial work such as drafting letters and maintaining records.
• Handle personal assistant tasks for the Director, such as managing personal schedules or travel arrangements.
• Take on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct report supervisor.
• Support team members with administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• O-Level or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role (experience in an accounting or financial environment is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with office technology.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
