Job Responsibilities

• Work alongside the DCBM Manager to commercially manage all projects in the region
• Management of cost insights and cost analytics for lease fit-out projects in the region, including cost KPI's and development of Power BI dashboards
• Provide commercial management to the projects to ensure that the company is financially and contractually protected
• Commercial management of the lease provider (LP) from liaison with procurement office on the RFP documents through to the final payments and agreement of the final accounts and paperwork. This will also include:

- Detailed estimation of the project basedon local design documents

• Design Team commercial support: From project kick-off through to final design provide commercial support on business cases, value engineering studies and change control as the design evolves from POR though to final design
• Site selection support: Work with our site selection team in the region to provide constructability reports and site-specific comparative estimates on candidate sites. Also provide all funding and PO support necessary for this team to perform in the region
• Commercial Process control: Review the current commercial processes in the region and develop these into a commercial playbook. On agreement of this playbook the candidate shall be responsible for the consistent implementation of same

Job Requirements:

• Quantity Surveying degree or Background in cost analytics, project controls or equivalent with 5 years’ experience managing the estimating or commercials on a major construction portfolio
• Working knowledge of construction contracts used internationally especially in APAC

We are recruiting for a Portfolio Manager role for a new launch next year. The new fund invests in private equity companies primarily in South East Asia, mainly focus in pharmaceutical industry.

The Portfolio Manager will take the leading role in conducting strategy and market research, developing investment recommendations, negotiating terms and executing fund investments. Also, this role will be responsible for periodic communication with external investors and marketing/fundraising activities.

Given the nature of the strategies covered, the role requires a strong analytical background. A familiarity with investment structuring and derivative instruments is a plus.
