Duties and Responsibilities:

About The Job

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Innovation Programmes, the position works with the various Programme Managers (PMs) in meeting the centre’s objectives to advance the development, proliferation, and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. The appointee will be part of the team to conduct evaluation of grant proposals to ascertain their innovation value and eligibility for funding support. The appointee will develop and implement the innovation sandbox and go-to-market strategy for proven Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) learning solutions that could lead to their readiness and acceptability for wider adoption in the larger learning and development community. The appointee will be responsible for developing and sustaining a strong pipeline of contents for the innovation microsite as part of providing resources to support such wider adoption. Mobilisation Management:
