Key Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide general administrative support such as sorting, filing, scanning and recoding of documents and forms.
• Attend meetings and record minutes as and when required.
• Manage inventory for pantry and office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality to protect company’s interest by ensuring that records are kept in a proper order.
• Schedule and coordinate the booking of same day or emergency request for Operating Theatre (OT) slots.
• Generate staff roster and daily OT schedule into a proper format for manpower allocation.
• Handle and keep track of purchase and work requisition orders for CAPEX and OPEX.
• Handle in-coming and out-going correspondences from different mode such as calls, emails and physical enquiry
• Facilitate, co-ordinate and keep track of the ordering of staff meal, repair and maintenance work.
• Submit claims for shift allowances for staff via Prosoft.
• Submit charges for loan items.
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Senior Nurse Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or General Clerk.
• Proficient in computer skills in MS Office applications: Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in healthcare sector is an asset.
• Positive work attitude and a participative team player.
