Key Responsibilities for the role of Events Manager
Event Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage a comprehensive events calendar to align with PIF Capital’s strategic objectives.
Plan and execute engaging capital entrepreneurship events, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality experiences.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event details including venue selection, catering, branding, and technology needs.
Attention to detail, to ensure that every attendees have a high level of satisfaction
Marketing and Promotion:
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events, enhance visibility, and attract target audiences.
Utilize online platforms, social media, email marketing, OOH advertising, partnerships and other channels to maximize event attendance.
Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, event invitations, and online content.
Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
Drive lead generation through event participation, ensuring a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Build and nurture relationships with business owners and shareholders, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling PIF Capital’s services during events.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze event performance metrics and attendee feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present post-event reports, highlighting key achievements and recommendations for future events.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for each event, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
Qualifications:
Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in event management and marketing, preferably in the education or consulting industry.
Strong understanding of capital entrepreneurship and the needs of SME business owners preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
