• Study and analyze schematic designs and construction drawings to create accurate AV construction drawings.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and change orders, and manage the Bill of Material (BOM).
• Maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, manage, and allocate necessary resources to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works (preferably in M&E or ELV solutions such as CCTV or structured cabling).
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and AV schematics drawing.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• With experience in interpreting BIM modelling and/ or with technical knowledge in Audio Visual Products is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company's accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain a complete and accurate set of accounts.
• Oversee timely monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the accounts team.
• Prepare journal entries for revenue, expenses, and related party transactions.
• Review and reconcile bank statements.
• Coordinate with the back office to address client inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Assist with audit preparations, including schedules and documentation.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of local accounting and tax laws.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong ability to multitask.
