Job Duties:

• Manage high quality, risk-focused assurance work which provides management with powerful insights and recommendations for improving the control environment in line with CHAGEE Group strategic objectives and SOX 404 requirements.
• Deliver high value advice by identifying issues, control deficiencies, commercial insights and productivity opportunities to internal clients and management, which enable pragmatic business change and align with the strategic direction of the business and company operation.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain risk management or internal audit projects, specializing in reviewing controls effectiveness and efficiency as of vendor management, pricing, branding, inventory management, contract management, quality, transportation, geopolitics and legal.
• Support and manage key controls, collaborate on Risk Control Matrix, and compliance related activities to ensure they arewell established, documented, and followed as per PCAOB and SOX 404 requirement. Assist in leadership team reporting on the SOX404 program compliance, remediation and status tracking.
• Collaborate with business process owners, product managers, software engineers, and system owners in the assessment of new process, systems, programs, and applications before they are made operational, and provide professional advice and assistance in the implementation of improvements or remediation plans.
• Assist in the maintenance and preparation of clear, detailed and accurate compliance documentation, including process narratives, flow charts, control descriptions, risk control matrices, test programs, test results, and management responses and remediation.

Job Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Law or relevant subjects.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in internal auditing, with a focus on supply chain audits.
• Experience from Top Tier accounting organization and enterprises.
• Strong business acumen with Independence, integrity and professionalism.
• Large complex multinational F&B / Franchising Retailing experience will be highly regarded.
• Mandarin & English communication capability as working / reporting language.
• DArticulate, confident, calm under pressure with good influencing and change management skills.
• Ability to travel among southeast Asia, Greater China, north American and European countries.
• OCIA / CPA / CISA qualifications and/or other relevant audit qualifications.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for building the internal control system from scratch for the company's investment company and overseas branches (Southeast Asia and North America), designing processes and authorization protocols in line with business needs and development status, and promoting the implementation of supporting productization (ERP, OA, CRM) to ensure that under the condition of fully controlling risks, the internal approval, authorization, and risk management processes are simple and efficient.
• Conduct business risk assessments for different business sectors and functional departments of the investment company and overseas branches; and improve the authorization management, reward and punishment measures, and mornitoring functions for each position in conjunction with the rights and responsibilities of position, to ensure that all roles and responsibilities are in place to fully undertake the risk control activities required by the company.
• Work closely with overseas HR/finance and business parties to respond to risk management consultations and business risk assessments, ensuring that risk control concepts and measures can be efficiently and correctly integrated into the business process and systems, and assist the business in continuously focusing on risk control, proposing dynamic improvement suggestions to fit the development of the investment company and overseas business.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or relevant qualifications.
• Possess at least 5 to 8 years of relevant audit working experience
• Having relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, CA and experience using data analytics tools and audit management applications would be preferably considered.
• Essential for candidates to possess strong technical, analytical, verbal communication, report writing and project management skills.
• Good understanding of SEA internal controls, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and knowledge of internal auditing techniques and standards, business sense and acumen.
• High emotional quotient, meticulous, analytical process-driven, self-starter and good collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the audit team in procedures required for the audit assignment (i.e vouching of supporting documents, audit administration matters, etc.)
