The Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities at the Singapore University of Technology and Design is seeking a full-time Research Associate or (Senior) Research Assistant, to join a growing research team focusing on addressing critical urban environmental sustainability challenges.

Successful applicants will contribute to a project that applies a transdisciplinary approach to investigate individuals’ discounting of the impact of climate change in Singapore, and how we can use the everyday shared experience of urban heat to unlock pathways for addressing the inertia towards climate action.

Job Purpose

The Club is seeking a versatile Marketing & PR Assistant Executive to support in day-to-day marketing operations. Main role includes organizing marketing files and support in graphics design and video production operations. This includes posting on social media, communications platforms and MailChimp.

Job Responsibilities

1) E-Newsletter Design: Assist in the design process for the E-Newsletter, ensure visual appeal and adherence to brand guidelines.

2) Public Screen Updates: Regularly update content on the screens to keep members informed and engaged.

3) Poster Design and Advertising: Assist in creating compelling designs for Club posters, print collateral, and other advertising materials to effectively communicate Club events and promotions.

4) F&B Menu and Tent Cards: Assist in developing visually appealing F&B menus, posters, and tent cards to enhance the dining experience.

5) Production Oversight: Support the production process, involving around but not limited to writing specifications, selecting appropriate materials, and inspecting proofs for accuracy and quality.

6) Photo & Video Archives Management: Record and administer the Club’s photo and video archives, including event photos, videos and member achievements in softcopy format.

7) Event Photography and Video Assistance: Assist in event administration by providing photography and videography services, capturing memorable moments for Club documentation and promotion (to post on social medias such as IG Stories and Reels).

8) Publications: Assist on publishing content for website announcements, social media, and other communication platforms.

9) Content Copy Writing: Assist in copy writing research

10) Administrative Processing: Assist in organising all marketing materials in shared folder

11) Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Support Club level operations and ad-hoc assignments when required

12) Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

13) Others:

· Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the legal team, with a focus on contract matters
• Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and agreements
• Assist in editing and proofreading various contracts, formal correspondence, and legal filings
• Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary
• Other related tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent
• 1-2 years paralegal or contract management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
