We have a vacancy to be a part of a prestigious mixed use development project in Singapore. This is for an initial 12 month contract but can be renewable subject to project needs.

· Assist the RE in providing supervision for construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations

· Quality control of all Facade and architectural works

· Monitor progress of the works on site and any off-site manufacturing facilities as well as report delays immediately

· Support in maintaining records of works, materials, equipment, and contractor schedules, ensuring site safety and compliance

· Help manage the site office, ensuring cleanliness, proper filing systems, seating arrangements, office security, and maintenance of office equipment

· Provide standing supervision as and when required by contractors and provide full support to the RE in communicating instructions and ensuring that works are carried out accordingly

· Check drawings, documents and report discrepancies.

Is this role right for you?

· Minimum 10 years relevant experience

· Registered and Practising RTO’s certificate for the past 5 years

· Relevant experience in supervising aluminium, glass facade, precast construction

· Good working knowledge of concrete precast works and compliance to local building regulations

· Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried out

· Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills

· Good team player with other site staff

· Past work experience in residential or institutional projects.

The HR Officer/Office Administrator oversees various HR and administrative functions. This role requires a thorough understanding of Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Employment Act, including expertise in managing work permits and adhering to relevant regulations and procedures. Additionally, the position involves regular reporting to global HR and ensuring compliance with global HR policies. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Role and Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with global HR standards.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Work Permit Management:

• Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures for work permits and visas.
• Liaise with MOM and other regulatory bodies regarding work permits and employment issues.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions and coordinate training programs.

Office Administration:

• Oversee general office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare regular reports for global HR on local HR activities and compliance status.

Payroll and Benefits:

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other benefits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll and benefits.

Skills and Experiences:

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll manage various customer service operations, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, managing orders, and ensuring accurate billing. Fluency in Mandarin is crucial for effectively communicating with our logistics counterparts in China. The role will require prior customer service experience, strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and excellent attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as email, phone, or chat.

· Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their requirements.

· Acknowledge receipt of customer orders and provide confirmation of order details.

· Process billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Generate and maintain sales reports to track performance and provide insights for decision-making.

· Regularly check and update stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
