What the role is

You will be part of the IWMF Project Planning team (Civil and Structural) working on the development of the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) - a large-scale waste management infrastructural project.

What you will be working on

You will work closely with the appointed consultant and stakeholders to ensure overall project delivery as well as meet project timeline and the various milestones. You will be responsible for the following:

• Review the method statements for construction of temporary and permanent works, structural design submission, safety and quality assurance and to resolve technical issues;
• Verification of invoices & payment claims and review of variations orders;
• Conduct site inspections to ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Code of Practice;
• Ensure that the design and construction work meet all technical requirements in accordance with contract specifications;
• Monitor project budget and cost reporting to NEA’s Finance and Procurement Department;
• Manage project stakeholders, multi-disciplinary consultant, site contractor team, Accredited Checker and other parties involved in the project;
• Identify potential design and construction related issues or contractual disputes and effect with appropriate solution;
• Review of Design for Safety documents and to ensure site safety requirements are adhered to on site; and
• Coordinate with other stakeholders including government agencies on any development issues.
• Witness and verify factory acceptance tests (FATs) of major structural components at local and overseas factories

What we are looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board
• Preferably with minimum 5 years of relevant infrastructure and building experience including site management experience.
• Knowledge and experience in planning, design and implementation of mega projects from commencement to completion
• Familiar with local statutory and regulatory requirements
• Good knowledge of geotechnical works and BIM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BIM software applications
• Prior project management or quantity surveying experience will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal communication, presentation and writing skills

Job Summary:

Responsible for ground-mounted and floating solar farms, as well as O&M activities for distributed generation assets including the implementation of initiatives to improve performance and standardize best practice in O&M activities and processes, ensuring the highest quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

Overall Job Purpose

The OT (Operation Technology) Engineer is working on billion-dollar scale projects to deliver the Digitalisation Strategy for the Facility. SENIOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

One of Singapore's established full-fledged IT solution provider supporting in Network Solutions, Computers and IT equipment for major brands.

Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (9am to 6pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 10000
• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Wintel and Linux server environments
• Lead virtualization initiatives using industry-standard platforms
• Optimize virtualization environments for efficiency, performance, and resource utilization.
• Design and manage Storage Area Networks (SAN/NAS), ensuring data availability, integrity, and optimal performance.
• Implement and administer storage solutions, including storage provisioning, zoning, and troubleshooting.
• Implement security best practices for infrastructure components and virtualized environments.
• Implement and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, security settings, and domain controllers.
• Implement and administer AD Public Key Infrastructure and Network Policy Server RADIUS services.
• Implement and administer monitoring and backup solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and recovery strategies, including disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, to support business operations.
• Maintain SLA standards, act as an escalation point for incidents, and ensure user satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably possess minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering with a focus on Windows Server administration
• Experience with Wintel servers (Dell), VMware, Microsoft server products, Symantec
• Proven experience in designing on-prem data centre architectures.
• Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, VCP) are a plus.
