Job Objectives

We are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager. The applicant will have a strong background in technology with a strong understanding and at least 7 years’ experience with Technology Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Management

· Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule.

· Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams, ensuring smooth production cutover and post-implementation support.

· Serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues and facilitating smooth execution.

· Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.

Technical Delivery and Risk Management

· Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery, providing L3 support as needed.

· Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution.

· Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.

· Work with Security teams to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings.

· Partner with suppliers and testers to ensure the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight

· Partner with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements.

· Provide systems input during the specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high level delivery plan) based on impact assessments.

· Engage with suppliers, conduct RFQ/RFI processes, and ensure timely, high quality product deliveries.

· Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of multiple projects.

· Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.

· Ensure project documentation is completed according to industry and organizational standards.

Key Requirements:

· Degree in Computing or related discipline to support job requirements.

· At least 7 years of experience in Program/Project management under Project Delivery.

· Experience in project management, business analysis, business process re-engineering.

· Self-driven, able to work independently with good multi-tasking skills to drive multiple projects concurrently.

· Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

· Well versed with request for Tender/Request for Proposal/Quotation process and standards (e.g., RFQ specification, issuance of RFQ up to award of RFQ which includes contract negotiations and finalization).

· Strong client management and interaction experience.

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills including conflict resolution skills.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, meticulous with attention to details.

· Ability to identify and improve on work & process inefficiencies.

· Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA.

· Proficient with SDLC, AGILE methodologies.

· End-to-end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry would be an advantage:

o Cloud related solutions

o Infrastructure / Network related solutions

o Endpoint / Workplace Technology related solutions

o Active Directory / Identity Management related solutions

· Good organization skill, able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Job Description

• To originate and develop banking relationships with Singapore-based corporates across diversified industries
• Manage the due diligence/KYC process to ensure adherence with the bank’s policies and regulations
• Involved in the structuring and deal execution process
• Cross-selling and working closely with other product partners in the bank to offer a wide suite of bank's product capabilities
• Keeping abreast with industry trends through periodic industry research
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders (legal and compliance team, credit approvers, back office, etc) to ensure a smooth transaction process

Requirement

• Prefer candidates with Degree in Finance or equivalent
• Strong understanding and acumen of corporate banking business with 5 years of relevant banking experience in relationship management
• Understanding of financial statements to prepare credit proposals
• Thorough knowledge of banking products on Deposit & Loan
• Self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Market Intelligence

Perform market research to identify areas of interest, iterate on key findings and communicate market insights.
Evaluate key policy and industry shifts in existing and new business space to identify emerging trends, opportunities, threats and distil relevant implications to the company.
Analyse competitors’ activities to determine the best strategies for increasing market share or generating new business opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas and business partnerships.

Business Strategies

Develop long term business strategies and priorities in pursuing new opportunities in growth areas, new and existing markets.
Identify areas of capability building to strengthen YRI’s current and future competitive advantages.
Working with management to develop policies, strategies, and plans to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

Annual Business Planning

Support Business Group’s annual business planning process

Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office for related software Development Project In various technologies.

· Analyze with project managers on project timeline plan and ensure timely execution of key deliverables such as project approval preparations, costings and resource planning.

· Report and analyze delivery balance scorecard KPIs, including budget utilization and highlight any areas of concerns and work with stakeholders for resolutions.

· Lead and monitor closely all functional groups (IT), Operations and partners (if any) to ensure facility/ manpower/ system readiness. Initiate & implement process improvements opportunities to and performance dashboard for all stakeholders.

· Closely organize, monitor and implement projects with teams to ensure speedy operational stabilization, risk mitigations, signoffs and ensure closure.

· Manage and operationalize demand management process and guidelines with rigor in governance & compliance for yearly workplan. Organize, and support key users’ trainings, workshops, roadshows and events for materials/documentations.

· Support program/project IT audits with stakeholders and related secretariat duties.

Requirements

· Degree holder with 7-10 years of relevant working experience

· Possess knowledge of process flow design and analysis, documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documents.

· Experience working in Europe or knowledge of European markets/regions.

· Programme management experience; preferably in managing programs in a large-sized organization operating in a highly complex environment.

· Ability to think strategically; understand, interpret and apply policies as it applies to IT enablement; apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

· Well-developed communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

· Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on programme activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project.
