Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Support Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction works according to the master and detailed work programs.
• Guide junior Engineers in daily work execution.
• Prepare and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and reports.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
• Facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain records. Assist in verifying progress payments and contractor claims.
• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to monitor project progress.
• Establish and maintain a document control system for design drawings and project documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction and infrastructure industry (LTA, Roadwaorks, MRT Projects).

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions accurately and on time.
• Manage stock inventories, conduct monthly stock takes, and reconcile stock records.
• Prepare GST tax computations and ensure timely submission.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing.
• Prepare audit schedules and maintain fixed asset schedules.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries or issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an accounting or finance-related role.
• Skills:Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  Good communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
