Contract Period: 1 January 2025 to 30 November 2025 (10 months, excluding June 2025)

Responsibilities:

The ICT Executive cum Trainer will support the ICT department and address the school's ICT needs. Key responsibilities include:

1. Training:Plan and conduct ICT-related training sessions for both staff and students.
   
2. Design and Editing:Execute in-house ICT-related design and editing work, including graphic design, animation, and photo editing.
   
3. Event Support:Provide ICT and AVA support for school events and programmes.
   
4. Equipment Management:Assist in the management and maintenance of ICT and AVA equipment and resources.
   
5. System Administration:Provide administrative support for school-based ICT-related systems.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 0.5-hour lunch break).
• Fridays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (inclusive of a 0.5-hour lunch break).
• Off-days: Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, and the month of June 2025.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education:

• Diploma in IT or a related field.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in photo editing, animation, and website design.
  Working knowledge of computer and website programming, including languages such as C++, Java, and XHTML.
• Additional certifications such as A+, CCNA, ACE, ACI, or MCSE are advantageous.

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting ICT training for primary or secondary school students.

   Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
