• Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive/Business Development (Chemicals and other consumables/ Cleaning Equipment) to develop & identify business opportunities including sales visits, preparation of proposals, products & proposals presentation, contracts negotiation and closing of sales.

• To develop and identify business opportunities
• To do sales visits, preparation of proposals & closing of sales
• To develop sales strategies for the growth of existing and new accounts
• To market wide range of products and provide customers with solutions
• To meet sales quota set and participate in yearly and periodic budget exercises.

What Do We Want

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Chemical/ Engineering in relevant fields
• Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience in chemicals and other consumables to a diverse range of corporate customers
• Good communication skill & has pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Possess own transport will be advantage.
• Willing to travel.

What we're looking for

• Diploma level in related studies
• 1 - 2 years of experience of similar function, preferably in Healthcare setting
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and flexible

• To assist Programme Manager on programmes

• To manage App; Monthly creations and regular updating of events and programmes feedback on any relevant technicalities for future enhancements

• To prepare reports and invoices for related events

• To provide monthly reports on breakdown of requirements to respective Programme Manager

• To gather Feedbacks from Facilitators, Instructors and Participants to understand each sites needs/requirements

Education: Minimum Diploma required.

Experience: No prior work experience necessary.
