Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Develop, implement, and oversee CoC programs and services.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure objectives are met.

Collaboration:

• Foster partnerships with healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community organizations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities and outcomes.
• Use data to inform program improvements and ensure compliance with quarterly reporting requirements.

Outreach and Engagement:

• Conduct outreach activities to promote CoC programs within the community.
• Engage community members and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in program coordination or management within healthcare or social services.
• Experience with community-based care programs is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related

• Oversee and manage daily finance operations, ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping.
• Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all finance-related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency.

Skills and experience required

• At least 3 years of finance operations, preferably within a reinsurance or financial services environment.
• In-depth knowledge of GST reporting and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
