What to expect
As our Brand Marketing intern, you will get to work on brands under the Ladies’ skincare and men’s grooming categories. The brands you will be assisting in are: Bifesta, Saborino, GATSBY, LUCIDO.
Under the guidance of experienced marketers, you will get to understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and be introduced to the world of digital and trade marketing. Aside from being involved in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, you will also play a key role in ensuring that the day to day operations within the marketing teams runs smoothly.

You will be assisting the Ladies Skincare and Men’s Grooming teams in the following areas:
Digital Marketing
· Manage, plan and execute brands’ social media content on various social media platforms to deepen communication with target audience with latest offerings and trend
· Monitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas
· Develop and design digital marketing materials (i.e. EDM, Website artworks and etc)
Trade Marketing
· Support in the conceptualization and liaising with creative agency to develop visually impactful designs for in store displays and events
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projects
· Provide support for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility and exposure
Campaign Management
· Assist with consumers activations such as workshops, events, in-store activations
· Curate and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for PR seedings and manage logistical arrangements
· Create briefs for paid engagements/sponsored posts
· Prepare new product labels, documents and assets for Ecommerce listing
Data Analysis
· Conduct market research to understand and identify Ladies’ skincare and men’s grooming consumers trends
· Prepare and present monthly competitors analysis report
Operational Support
· Support the marketing teams in daily administrative tasks
· Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who we are looking for
· Undergraduates majoring in Marketing / Communications and New Media
· Able to on a full-time or part-time basis (4 days per week) from January to June 2025
· Possess a strong passion in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), ladies skincare and men’s grooming categories
· Possess strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
· Has an eye for details and aesthetics
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
· A motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and is able to work independently
· Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Lemon8) is a plus
· Knowledge and experience in graphics creation software, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plus
