In this role you will be responsible for brand engagement for region-wide Internal & HR Communications including Well-being and other Life@EDP global initiatives delivered within the organisation, as well as select external talent brand outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic planning for internal & HR communications as well as Well-being and other Life@EDP programmes
- Undergo training in global well-being certification requirements, and consolidate APAC reporting and our well-being initiatives according to audit requirements
- Craft and adapt employee outreach content across internal platforms, ensuring messaging consistency
- Execute projects in a timely fashion under guidance for employee engagement initiatives (e.g. Day One onboarding, regional group and global orientation, team bonding and employee well-being activities), ensuring alignment with EDP’s global directives
- Design and execute measurement metrics and present results of internal communications and employee engagement efforts
- Plan and manage execution timeline for assigned external talent brand projects (e.g. brand outreach events at institutes of higher learning)
- Work with other stakeholders across the company to identify, curate, craft and publish newsworthy and timely information through internal and external platforms
Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences/Mass Communications/Humanities or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years working experience in an in-house communications role, preferably in public relations or digital marketing agency background
- Familiar with desktop publishing and digital media production coordination work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
