Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. Responsibilities

• Set project timeline and keep projects on track.
• Monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Schedule tasks and co-ordinate with various team members to accomplish project objectives.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Interact regularly with existing and potential clients to determine needs and develop plans for improving delivery.
• Work cross functionally to solve problems and implement changes where needed.
• Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts among different stakeholders.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering Disciplines with adequate exposure background in site electrical work.
• Demonstrated some knowledge of Electrical System Interconnection and Technical References.
• Proven track record in project management, including experience in budget control, project scheduling, operation of a fabrication workshop, and conducting feasibility studies for project proposals.
• PMP certification is preferred but not a must; in lieu, a critical pathway-centric approach to project management will take precedence.
• Experience leading and managing teams effectively and robustly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Good engineering background, with a focus on automotive and/or power engineering being a distinct advantage.
• Ability to converse both in English & Mandarin for liaison with Durapower's chinese subsidiary in Suzhou.

Position: Sales Manager (Immediate Hiring)

• Responsible to achieve quota set for Van Sales Team.
• Need to do van sales using 10-14 footer box chiller truck as and when needed.
• Need to cover salesman using their chiller truck when they are on MC or leave.
• Support ad hoc deliveries to end customers.
• Manage Team Sales achievement and Delivery for Supermarket sales
• Need to do direct delivery to new outlets to open new accounts
• Customer management at all Store levels/ invoicing
• Ensure good customer relations with all Supermarket stores managers and ground Staff
• Daily Supermarket store order collection and delivery schedule management
• Support store promotion campaigns with setting up and tearing down.

• Streamline processes and ensure smooth operations

• Cost control (food cost / labour cost)
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KTV / Restaurant Service / Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
