Reporting to the Origination Manager (Asia), the Certificate Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting:

1. Renewable Energy installers and project developers (our Partners) (who build, own and operate solar, biomass, other renewable energy installations) to register power stations, create RECs and sell RECs.

2. Corporate customers and Multi-National Companies (MNCs) to understand their net zero and renewable energy ambitions, and buy and retire RECs and Carbon Offsets

3. Certificate Origination Manager, supporting them with proposals, contract completion, customer visits, organising client meetings, reporting, market analysis

The Certificate Relationship Manager will work closely both the internal sales team and the compliance team to be the key point of contact with our Partners and Customers, with the objective of Partner/Customer retention, expanding our revenue and customer base, and improving our customer service.
