Duties & Responsibilities:
· Review and take-over instrument orders from Sales Team, process order in SAP system.
· Schedule and Plan schedules as per customer’s requirements to place order to factory.
· Prepare and provide standard Instrument Specification Sheets and Drawings to customers.
· Follow up with customer to get specification and drawing approval.
· Attend and lead Technical & Progress Review Meetings with clients.
· Coordinate with System Integrators to ensure product quality and schedules are kept.
· Coordinate with Purchasing Team for the issuance of PO to Suppliers
· Monitor scheduled shipment dates and perform expediting requests if required to ensure timely delivery to customers.
· Coordinate with Logistics Team for timely and seamless delivery arrangements.
· Monitor the stages of a project to ensure costs are kept within Sales forecast.
· Prepare and Compile Final Project Documentations prior to project closure.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or instrumentation
· Experienced instrument measurement, Pressure, flow, Level, temperature, etc.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, Power Point is compulsory.
· Preferably with Project Management experience
· Strong Team Player
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
