To support our Oral Care team in Asia Pacific Region, we invite applications for the position of Oral Care Project Coordinator. This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting to the NEA Oral Care Category Manager. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team with the challenge to strengthen our category activities in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage ASIA oral care activities efficiently by coordinating the flow of project processes, in line with guidelines, procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate on-going projects and liaise with the Commercial, Marketing & Creation teams regarding project status updates and meeting schedules
• Oversee key processes within the oral care team: break assignment into tasks, identify resources needed to complete the task efficiently and successfully, monitor and ensure good execution (project management, pricing, creation and marketing activities)
• Maintain a cross-functional view. Actively build networking and relationship, and ensure good communication flows.
• Support project submission by visualizing flavor description to PowerPoint slides.
• Continuously monitor tools and systems for fit to purpose, suggest and assist in design of improvements

• Min. 2-3 year experience in a commercial assistant, administrator or project support role
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Excellent command of computer tools (Windows NT);
• Team player, able to work with many different functions and people
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin would be advantageous for this role
