The Crewing Executive ensures the efficient and effective management of crew for a fleet of bunker tankers. This role involves recruitment, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with maritime safety and labour regulations.

Job Requirements

· Good organization skills

· Good interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.

· Proficient with MS Office applications

Additional Duties:

About the Role

As a Strata Management Property Executive (Residential) at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in making sure the properties under your care are in top condition. You’ll be managing everything from daily operations to contractor relationships, all while keeping tenants and residents happy.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the daily maintenance and operations of your assigned properties to maintain optimal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Assist with month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of monthly financial reports.

Job Purpose

Perform fixed deposit maintenance (placement and released), current account maintenance, account opening, deposit-related transactions, loans operations, audit confirmations and other related account servicing and maintenance functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and prepare for next-level authorization relating to fixed deposits placement and maintenance.
• Check and prepare for next-level authorization of account operation-related transactions in accordance to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
• Verify and update account maintenance functions like place/remove hold/no-debit on accounts, update address, etc.
• Assist in processing of loans operations, audit confirmation.
• Participate in systems enhancements, User Acceptance Testing and projects as assigned.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and Bank policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “A” levels or diploma holder.
• 2-3 years banking experience with knowledge in account opening and KYC procedure is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in account operations and KYC procedures.
• Related experince in Corportae Banking.
