Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Skills And Knowledge

Position Overview:Based in Singapore, the Retail Operations Management Trainee will play a crucial role in our retail operations across Southeast Asia, with a focus on the Indonesian market. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in retail management, event planning, and customer service. The successful candidate will be fluent in Indonesian and have a strong foundation in business principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Operations:
Assist in developing and executing event plans for in-store promotions and product launches.
Support coordination with marketing and sales teams to align events with company objectives.
Participate in managing event logistics, including vendor coordination and budget management.
Contribute to analyzing event outcomes and providing recommendations for future improvements.
Retail Store Inspections:
Support in conducting regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

• Ensuring good report and maintaining positive relations with the residents to work closely with the relevant parties, such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes
