Responsibilities

• Assist M&E Engineer, Superintending Officer Representation (SO Rep) in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site.
• Provide standing supervision required by the M&E Engineer and SO Rep.
• Check and ensure all installation methods, testing & commissioning and materials used are in accordance with the design intent, approved drawings, and specifications, as well as in compliance to code of practice/manufacturer’s installation instructions where applicable.

• Monitor the progress of work on-site, verify the contractors’ progress report and present the report to the Consultants in such format that the progress payment claim by the contractor can be easily evaluated.
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored at site.
• Attend site meetings, client/consultant meetings, technical meetings, user group meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning, etc
• Check as-built drawings and specifications tally with site installation.
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the site.
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, T&C, status of work, safety, site diary, material and equipment delivered to and on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
• Compile Punch List or Defect List with the contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out rectification work diligently to clear all defects during the Maintenance Period.
• Aware of the potential and actual OH&S hazards of his activities at the workplace and to highlight / communicate to the PM when he knows of any irregularities. He shall be aware of his individual OH&S obligations by ensuring that he is adequately equipped with appropriate safety gears, by observing closely to all safety rules / regulations / procedures at site and by attending all relevant site safety trainings.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the consultant. team.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Set up computational pipeline, code in python, and conduct relevant bioinformatics analysis
• Communicate progress, research findings, and implications to stakeholders
• Draft documentation, manuscripts, and slides

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master in Bioinformatics, Computer Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Experience in preprocessing and analyzing RNASeq and/or meta-transcriptomics data
• Coding or scripting experience in any language
• Be a self-starter, detailed orientated, and with a growth mindset
• Proficient in python programming and the usage of its interactive notebook
• Have experience in applying flux balance analysis
• Have interest in, or a basic understanding of microbial biology
• Have an interest in post-graduate studies

Responsibilities

• Generate delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and process sales inquiries via email/phone calls. Handle issuing of debit and credit notes.
• Answer phone calls, send statements of accounts
• Print, sort, file delivery orders and tax invoices, and mail tax invoices to customers.
• Manage the ordering of office supplies and equipment, such as toner, A4 paper, and envelopes.
• Arrange courier services for deliveries and shipments as needed.
• Consolidate and submit monthly petty cash summaries to accounts, and process purchase orders to vendors.

Implementation of HR Policies & Practices

• Understand the Leighton Asia HR Policies and practices defined by the corporate HR function and the organisation’s overall talent strategy.
• Communicate and implement current policies/practices, policy changes and new HR initiatives at project level; Seek support from Head Office (HO).
• Coordinate with respective team leads for allocation of tasks to team members as per plan.
• Analyse movement in volume of requests over time and highlight any downward/upward trend to supervisor for additional resource planning

Recruitment, promotions & transfers

• Review tracker shared by the project teams for open positions
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and promote existing personnel to fill openings prior to external recruitment
• Liaise with the recruitment team to close pending openings in order of criticality
• Identify resource requirements across projects and recommend employees for transfer based on project requirements, past performance of employees and employees’ own preferences
• Coordinate with project teams and HO to complete the transfer process and for appropriate contract extensions/terminations

Performance Management

• Coordinate with project teams to oversee implementations of the performance development review (PDR) process on the projects within stipulated timelines.
• Explain the PDR process in its current form and any changes from the previous cycle, as applicable, to the project teams.
• Share existing process documents, templates, etc.; Oversee timely completion of the process and related documentation/submission.
• Seek support from Project Director to expedite the process in case of any delays.

Training & Development

• Collate Appraisal results and identify training needs of individuals in line with the same
• Create training calendar for each project and share with the Project Director and respective department heads
• Track completion of training programmes via the training calendar; Follow-up with respective project teams and escalate to Project Manager, if required

Grievance handling & employee welfare

• Act as intermediary between employees for dispute resolution; Identify employee grievances on project sites and share the information with the Project Director, departments heads for resolution
• Share relevant information with healthcare providers for prompt & timely healthcare services to personnel
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain “fit to work” certification for personnel post treatment

People management

• Set objective goals, evaluate performance of subordinates and provide them regular feedback
• Identify performance gaps in subordinates and provide necessary support to close such gaps
• Recognize and encourage high performing subordinates
• Train and mentor subordinates on technical as well as behavioral aspects of their respective roles
• Provide opportunities to the team to develop their capabilities

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

· Lead HPM (HealthCare Project Management) teams in ASEAN, Korea & ANZ (AKA) Zones to deliver excellence in “wing to wing” project management services including design, construction, as needed and installation activities.

· Ensure team adheres to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, quality, regulatory and controllership requirements including timely completion of trainings also.

· Setting up goals and metrics for project & install teams and defining processes for achieving the same through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring.

· Understand revenue recognition guidelines & enables delivery to target for the region.

· Accountable for driving a process focused approach which delivers customer order execution, quality, and predictable results.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD.
