• Act as intermediary between employees for dispute resolution; Identify employee grievances on project sites and share the information with the Project Director, departments heads for resolution

People management

Job Description & Requirements

• Work closely with the project team on environmental issues such as noise monitoring, pollution, vector control, air pollution, water pollution and drainage, prevention & control of infectious diseases, food hygiene, solid waste management, chemical storage & disposal, and haze response procedure.
