We are seeking independent and motivated Solution Engineer who has experience in both small and big scale cloud-based projects, to support agencies and the GCC product team to create value in the GCC platform. JERA GM is implementing a series of new IT systems to reduce its reliance on its shareholders for IT services and to enable the rapid growth into a global leader in the trading of fossil fuels.

At the core of the system landscape is a set of vendor systems that support critical business activities such as trading, risk management, pricing, and logistics. JERA GM have and will continue to make significant investments building on top of these systems to tailor them to the specific needs of its business. Up until now, this work has been performed by teams of consultants. JERA GM would like to develop an in-house capability, so they can be self-sufficient in the ongoing development on this platform.

This in-house capability needs to be able to extend, customise, configure and integrate these systems to meet the ongoing needs of the business. The Core Platform Software Engineer will:
