Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify developmental challenges and progress.
• Design and deliver specialized instruction in areas such as language, motor skills, cognitive development, and social interaction.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child’s development.
• Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and plan interventions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Special Education or Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (or related field).
• Previous experience in early childhood education, special education, or early intervention settings is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmental disorders.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators, therapists, and parents.

Our ideal teacher is:

• Talented in mathematics and is familiar with the primary school math syllabus. He/she should be willing to learn and teach olympiad math.
• A skillful teacher who can deliver mathematical concepts clearly and ensures that his/her students achieve 100% understanding in the lesson.
• An effective communicator with primary school children and can develop a strong rapport with them.
