Job Responsibilities:

• Identify project design hazards, construction risks, and constructability issues.
• Develop corresponding mitigation measures together with the project team.
• Chair regular risk mitigation meetings and training with clients and internal parties.
• Advise management on alternative safer and higher productivity construction methodologies.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for safety and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings related to construction progress, risks, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature
• Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment or equivalent.
• A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate OR
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the design and the supervision of the construction of structures with at least 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs and writing specification
• Have a degree accepted by PE Board or Board of Architect and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM)
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage

• Report to the Corporate Quality and Safety Department through the Head Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager.
• Monitor and support the company's EHS program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
• Conduct EHS surveys and inspections, recommending corrective actions and advising on safety programs to improve EHS performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the Advancement Communications team of 3 specialists in the field of marketing communications, annual giving and campaign operations.
• Lead and oversee the execution of an integrated Advancement marketing and communications strategy that makes a compelling case for philanthropy and engagement for a wide variety of constituencies and stakeholders, including SMU students, faculty, and staff.
• Drive all communications & marketing work plans for the department to ensure continuity and consistent messaging across gift announcements, newsletters, event collaterals, corporate branding and donor reports.
• Oversee the implementation of an advancement plan to meet annual fundraising targets with organizational strategic objectives and budget for the Annual Giving Portfolio.
• Partner with colleagues across campus, including leadership at Schools/Institutes/Centers, to strategically position key Advancement initiatives and further enable a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
• Work with fundraisers on structuring gift proposals, and collating information for opportunities that support the development of the fundraising pitches.
• Work closely with the Head, Stewardship & Advancement Services on communications matters relating to major donor engagement activities, quarterly cultivation events, campaign recognition initiatives, and support for SOCIs stewardship programmes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 10 years' of work experience.
• Extensive experience with fundraising, communications or related fields, particularly in a higher education environment.
• Experience with managing staff, as s/he will be managing a team of communications and annual giving specialists.
• Proven track record in creating clear, persuasive content across various platforms (especially top-quality gift opportunity offerings), with a deep understanding of diverse audiences and how to communicate effectively with them.
• Experience in donor relations and stewardship is a bonus to work cross-functionally with the Head, Stewardship and Advancement Services. Able to understand how to create synergies between these functions to provide an outstanding experience to SMU donors and beneficiaries.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and verbal communications to facilitate content development for different segments of the donor network.

• Changing of H2 LPG cylinder and monitor N2 consumption

• Maintenance of Last IC Air-Con, Compressors, Vacuum & Exhaust system
• Maintenance and repair of general breakdowns such as toilet taps, floor tiles, painting, etc.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:
• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (morning and night)
