Job Responsibilities:

• Create and design collaterals such as staff eDMs, clinic and patient collaterals, posters and flyers
• Source, coordinate and work with vendors including designers, printing agencies and corporate agencies for external purchases
• Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders to create visual and written content for the department
• Support and facilitate internal and external filming and photoshoot requests
• Support the logistics setup and assist in corporate and internal staff events, such as event launches, media briefings, clinic visits, staff town halls and events
• Any other ad-hoc work duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Communications or equivalent, with some experience in communications, public relations or marketing
• Bilingual with excellent command of English, with a flair for creative writing
• Creative with the ability to create visuals using Canva
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or video editing software is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Ideate and present design concepts and finalised ideas at internal meetings.

• Craft branding and graphic design concepts, and taking them from ideation to execution

• Research, conceptualise, and develop design deliverables ranging from brand collateral, social media content (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok), eDMs, above and below the line, and adaptations.

• Work closely with the internal design team and project team to fulfil client needs.

• Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative discussions

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Job Description -

1. Liaise with Account Managers to obtain customers’ specifications and to resolve problems/complaints

2. Meet with clients, printers, or designers to discuss job requirements or binding plans

3. Analyze performance of production machinery and where necessary recommend alternative/additional/replacement machinery

4. Identify and resolve all issues of quality variances in that all work undertaken fully meets customer satisfaction

5. Ensure all production tasks are completed within agreed timescales

6. Continuously ensure all Post-Press procedures are complied with

7. Identify any quality variances and provide possible solutions

8. Manage Post-Press budget and ensure costs are controlled

9. Escalate production issues to Production Manager at the earliest opportunities

10. Ensure all machinery is in good working order and in compliance with Health and Safety

11. Follow and comply with all house-keeping, safety and work rules and regulations
