About the team you are joining

Platform & Data Operations establishes the functional organization of FSDs platforms. By this we mean to establish the best choice of platforms to operate, which system best fits the operational needs to perform a specific business process. • Holds a strong understanding of licensing and SPARK requirements, offering guidance and coaching to Principals to ensure compliance. Regularly visits centres to conduct evaluations and audits, and oversees the daily operations of centres requiring additional support.
• Encourages innovation and leads Principals in navigating change.
• Analyzes enrollment data, financials, programme assessments, and other childcare-related matters, offering recommendations and support to Principals.
• Leads the coordination, administration, implementation, management, evaluation, and review of childcare services, enhancement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Takes charge of establishing new centres.
• Ensures centres meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborates with Principals in addressing feedback from various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education and a Diploma in Leadership.
• Minimum of 6 years of supervisory and cluster mentorship experience.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to work with various age groups.
• Proven team player with a track record of success.
