Working Days/Hours (depend on assignment):

5-day work week shift work, required to work on weekends

8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH

Salary: Up $2700 + $100 Transport Allowance + AWS + VB + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Point to point enquiries from customer
• Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in Call Centre is highly preferred or Customer Service experience
• Mandarin speaking to handle Chinese speaking customers
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

The NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join us as Project Officer to oversee the daily operations and laboratory facilitiesThis role demands a combination of strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of both laboratory and office management to support our team's research and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate research project together with Corp Lab project management officers and monitor research project report schedule
• Research meeting arrangement with project PIs and researchers
• Basic daily administration support
• Provide efficient support to centre management
• Manage Corp Lab front desking
• Track stock and purchase of Corp Lab office supplies
• Provide support in onboarding and offboarding of new staff/student hires or departure.
• Support logistics arrangements for daily operations, events and activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field with previous experience for office and laboratory operation.
• Understanding of basic research laboratory operations and principles.
• Proficiency in relevant office software, eg, Microsoft Office, laboratory information systems and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining robust working relationships.
• Added Advantage: Experience working in research institutes or a university environment, demonstrating familiarity with the specific operational, regulatory, and audit/compliance aspects of these settings.
