Job Summary:
As a Presales Engineer, you will support the sales team by providing deep technical and product expertiseduring the presales phase of a project. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations. Your ability to clearly communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key in winning business.

Key Responsibilities

Presales Activities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to engage customers and provide technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Analyze customer requirements, objectives, and challenges to propose the best technical solutions.
• Develop and deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that align with customer needs.

Solution Design:

• · Design and architect solutions in response customer requirements with company products and services.
• · Prepare technical documentation and solution proposals.

Stakeholder Management:

• · Act as a trusted advisor and primary technical liaison for customers during the sales process.
• · Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.

Proposal Development:

• · Work closely with the sales team to create compelling and accurate technical proposals, estimates, and quotes.

Market and Product Expertise:

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

• · 2+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role from Audio-Visual Solutions or related industry.
• · Experience with customer-facing roles involving technical consulting or solution architecture.

Technical Expertise:

• · Strong technical knowledge in relevant domains
• · Experience in solution architecture, system integration, or related fields.

Communication Skills:

• · Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
