The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, supervising crews of workers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Foreman will work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate activities, maintain safety standards, and provide direction and support to workers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a good understanding of construction processes and materials, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on the construction site.

• Prepare variation orders, progress payments, claims and finalization of accounts.
• Tracking of progress payments and review terms and conditions of contracts.
• Source for quotations from specialist and suppliers.
• Review and compare tender documents / drawings against awarded contract / construction drawings.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support for the preparation of project proposals including financial, logistics and technical aspects
• Be involved with client meetings and whenever issues develop on a project to ensure a correct approach and deliver the best outcome for the business. ​
• Handling quantity survey related activities, involving resource planning, inprocess inspection, and coordination with the internal departments and external project stakeholders
• Manage quality assurance processes and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be familiar with, all Government related department (i.e. Construction Bureaux, Quality Bureaux) requirements for Consultancy / Project Management, ensuring services are comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee the commissioning process for all mechanical systems, ensuring they are installed and operating according to design intent.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, checklists, and performance testing procedures.
• Manage compilation of technical reports and submission of status report, including progress update
• Provide technical advice in testing and commissioning aspects, assistance and coaching to delivery team members

Account Executive

• Do full sets of Accounts & GST submission, and handle administrative task;
• Prepare monthly reports and financial statements;
• Liaise with company secretary, banker, auditor, tax agency and relevant authorities for company related matters;
• Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system using Microsoft Excel and XERO;
• Prepare quotations for construction contracts

HR and Admin

• Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, and cancellation;
• Manage payroll and CPF, taxation for employees;
• Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc;
• To do any other ad-hoc assignment given by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently
• Bilingual in Chinese and English
