Architectural Coordinator oversees architectural works, ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site, monitor closely daily/ weekly work progress. They coordinate between architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure that construction complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and review architectural drawings and documents.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors for design clarifications.
• Ensure design changes are communicated and implemented on-site.
• Monitor construction progress to align with the architectural design.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies.
• Support project management and provide technical input as required.
Skills & Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of architectural principles.
• Competence in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building standards, codes, and practices.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
Requirments:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.
• Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Must be able to show experience in construction administration, document production and design experience.
• Must be proficient in REVIT with experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs required.
