About the Job

The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. · Highlight and take photographs of Non Compliance (NC) and defects works

· Washing of water tanks as and when required

· To act as Driver, send and fetch workers as and when required

· Dispatch duties as and when required, eg, collecting of cheques, sending water samples to laboratory etc.

Job Description

· Liaise with sub-contractors, HDB, Town Council, consultant and residents.

· Customer Relationship Management: Interact with residents to maintain good relationship and receive feedback from them.

· Monitor, update and feedback to residents on the status of Defects Rectifications, Complaints & etc.

· Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s inquiries. Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Center) team.

· Daily/Weekly and Monthly Report: Processing of daily/weekly & monthly reports, preparing IDMS report to ensure day-to-day operations are running efficiently and effectively.

· IDMS system (Defects Management): Update defects cases for HDB's review and create new cases for new units and manage defects feedbacks from residents.

· IDMS system (E-Appointment): Manage appointments online.

· Notice - Write notice to inform residents of any construction activities.

· Work together with Site Supervisor to generate work schedule before commencement of public facilities rectification work, such as internal driveway drainage cover, water pipe, etc.

· Generate work schedule with Site Supervisors for sub-contractors to rectify defects as soon as possible.

· Brief residents to familiar with the areas or facilities around the buildings.

· Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.

· Any ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

· Minimum 'O' Level and above

· Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1)

· Effective Customer Service Service Skills Course or equivalent

· Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge would be an advantage

· At least 1 year of experience in a HDB BTO project

· Effectively bilingual

Job Description:

• Prepare designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work.
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.
• Resolve any construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with relevant departments as well as the authorities, to ensure consistency with contractual technical specifications and statutory rules and regulations.
• Report on work progress during meetings.
• Attend site inspection with required.
• Any other tasks that assigned by reporting officer.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Degree in Engineering (Civil)
• Experience in handling LTA Infrastructure design works
• At least 8 years design experience
• Good knowledge of the various engineering design software, for instance Autocad, BIM
• Candidate with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions
