· Assist the project manager with on- and off-site meeting pertaining to the technical issues

· Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities

· Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

· Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule

· Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities

· Coordinates with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyors;

· Address site issues related to design;

· Liaises with Consultants and sub-contractors;

Requirements:

· Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

· Min 1 years and above of relevant construction experience

· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

· Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company

Responsibilities :

• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
• Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
• Conduct joint inspections with RTO.
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation.
• Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
• Supervise M&E works and coordinate with Client’s representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
• M&E Coordinator Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description :

• Plan, forecast and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
• Lead the Engineers/Coordinators/Supervisors and provide on-the-job coaching as required
• Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work scheudlules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation
• Track sub-contractors work progress, provide weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meeting to ensure project timelines are met by sub-contractors.
• Logistic/Hoisting/Scaffolding Access arrangements for daily operation needs
• Material requisition planning and schedule delivery.
• To ensure that the site activitie are executed in accordance with specifications budget and time schedules.
• To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects.
• Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting.
• Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained at all locations at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7 years and above experience in building projects/civil preferred
• Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of staff
• Able to work independently, good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project.
• Possess good problem-solving skills
• Experience in condominium construction highly preferred
