Job Scope:

• Handle all government-related matters such as claim, survey and Work Passes and etc.
• To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum HR and Administrative functions such as work pass application, onboarding & offboarding, employee relations & performance management.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR-related letters and memorandums.
• Arrange and facilitate of company events, employee health screenings and statutory medical examinations for workers.
• Coordination in between the department for security clearance and access issues
• Maintain of Company property such as office and computer equipment, communication infrastructure, and parking allocation.
• Any others HR & Admin duties as assigned by the Superior.

• Position: Operations Officer (Trainee)
• Location: MacPherson MRT (2mins from MRT)
• Basic $2700 + Incentive (Up to $3850)

Job Description:

• Manage group of outsource workers.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for them.
• Coordination of training activities.
• Manage recruitment activities (interview and select potential candidates).
• Responsible in achieving sales target.
• Analyse and implement policies to find people at the quickest rate possible.
• Handle clients’ feedback and complaints, ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationship.
• Monthly report to Management.
• Improve operational procedures and promote efficiency.
• Support Management to monitor operational costs/budgets/forecast.
• Be hands-on, can multi-task and work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent Computer literate. Position also opens to those who are currently unemployed and wishing to do a career switch to Operations.
• Have a positive/responsible attitude.
• Have a pleasant disposition and able to communicate with people of different levels.
• Result-oriented and a Team Player.
• No relevant experience required as Training will be provided.
