Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Health and safety related disciplines

Possess valid MOM registered WSHO, NEA registered ECO and PUB

Registered ECMO license

Certificate in BizSafe level 2 Risk Management or equivalent

Minimum 8 years working experience in Construction Industry

Relevant experience in civil and building industry preferred

Possess class 3 driving license and own a car

Good communication skills, team player, good knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Working Days: 6 days work week (8am to 5pm)

• Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for properties, identifying potential hazards, and evaluating fire safety measures in place.
• Develop and implement robust fire safety protocols, procedures, and evacuation plans tailored to each property.
• Ensure strict adherence to local, national, and industry-specific fire safety regulations, regularly reviewing and updating safety measures to maintain compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections, fire drills, and safety audits to identify and rectify safety deficiencies and ensure occupants are prepared for emergencies.
• Coordinate emergency responses in the event of a fire incident, including evacuations, alerting authorities, and ensuring the safety of occupants.
• Provide comprehensive fire safety training to property staff, tenants, and relevant personnel, educating them on safety protocols and procedures.
• Recommend and oversee fire prevention measures such as fire-resistant materials, alarms, and suppression systems.
• Maintain detailed records of fire risk assessments, safety protocols, inspections, and incident reports, and provide regular updates to property owners and management.

Qualification/ Requirements

1. Degree in Civil & Structure Engineer (recognized by PEB)

2. Minimum 5 years Experience in Civil & Structures Work
