• Support the tracking, consolidation and analysis of sustainability Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis
• Maintain visualization dashboard of these KPIs
• Support some of our Building Efficiency Projects implementation in partnership with our Senior Sustainability Officer (Energy) and Facility Teams.

The successful candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in CSR, Environment, Sustainability or Business Management.
• Some professional experience with a deep interest in, and a general awareness of, sustainability issues. Good understanding of sustainability stakes applied to the logistics industry is preferred.
• Passion, knowledge and drive to create a more sustainable world
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Tableau is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to own projects and work independently
• Ability to multitask is necessary
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with business writing
• Knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques
• Familiarity with carbon calculation with tools such as GHG protocol is a plus

THE PERSON:

• GCE O Level and above
• Class 3 and forklift license preferred
• Min 3 years’ experience in relevant field
• Analytical thinking

THE JOB:

• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes for transport delivery/collection
• Collaborate with internal team and external parties to ensure that all transport operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities
• Good thinking skill to analyze a situation and determine the best course of action for transport arrangement, smooth operation and optimize the storage and distribution of equipment
• Negotiate with external transporters and determining the most cost-effective way to transport equipment from one location to another

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts (overseas) and compliance matters;
• Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients;
• In charge of all account’s payables and receivables;
• Liaise with subsidiary’s accounts team (overseas).
• Assist in preparation of yearly audits;
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned

Job Requirement:

The Procurement Officer is responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records. The Procurement Officer supports the development of procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and reconciling supplies with established procedures. He/She also supports the overall contractor selection process by analysing proposals and draft contracts based on established supplier selection processes and criteria. He/She should possess strong organisational, interpersonal and negotiation skills. He/She is a conscientious and self-motivated individual who is able to manage work priorities and relationships with suppliers and other business units locally and regionally.

• Delivers required security service based on Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor security patrols.
• Prevent unauthorized entry, trespass, intrusion and acts of vandalism.
• Prevent abuse of facilities provided in the site by occupiers (including visitors).
• Conduct crowd and vehicle traffic control.
• Ensure barriers are always down when no vehicle is entering.
• Ensure security office doors are secured and always locked after office hours.
• Control and direct traffic movements during morning and evening peak hours.
• Ensure that all personnel register at the designated security counters and issue visitor pass in exchange for valid photo identification documents.
• Conduct audit check on security passes to ensure only authorized vehicle and personnel can access.

Qualification:

• Possess a valid Security Licence (by PLRD)
• Possess valid relevant certification including:Guard and Patrol, Access Control Management: Provide Guard and Patrol Services and Operate Basic Security Equipment
  Incident Response: Handle Security Incidents and Services
  Threat Observation: Recognise Terrorist Threats
  
• The job involves working both day and night shifts according to the company's duty roster.
