JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process or prepare loan documents/credit facilities set up (e.g. roll over request, credit draw down)
• Perform collateral management
• Ensure adherence of credit facility’s limits
• Prepare Credit reports
• Work closely with other business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics Commerce/ or any other relevant education
• Minimum 4 years of Credit Administration (Admin)/Credit risk experience in Banking industry
• Knowledge in MAS 610 requirements
• Meticulous, organized, team player and has good interpersonal skills

• Provide excellent customer service through hotline calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Process customer orders through various purchase channels.
• Manage enrolments for new customers.
• Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate records of payments and stock quantities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in customer service or sales administration.

Job Scope

- Attend to customers’ inquiry

- Prepare and process Air Export booking request

- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise

- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers

- Mange customers’ expectations and complaints

- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries

- Verify invoices from vendor

- Prepare customers’ report

Requirement

- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must be able to work independently

- Must be able to converse in English for handling English speaking clients through email and phone

- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work

- Outgoing personality

- Willing to learn with good attitude

- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be at advantage
