Provides administrative support to the HR team. This includes administrative for orientation, onboarding, termination and resignation.
Maintain human resource records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination and change in job classification.
Handle foreign employee’s work pass of all categories.
Assist with employee’s exit process and interviews.
Administers the employee benefit program such as the renewing of insurance policies, leave, claims and payroll administration.
Submission of NS, GPPL, GMPL, and Childcare Leave.
Assist the team in the Annual Security Agencies Competencies Evaluation (SACE).
Assist with grievance handling.
Admin
Monitoring of office supplies.
Assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Assist with the technologies and software migration process.
Engage in all other activities directed by the Management to ensure the success of the Organization.
Sales
Handles the Business Development and Sales in the Company.
Expanding the business through identifying and reaching out to new leads and contract tender.
Identifying new revenue or business unit opportunities.
Conducting market analysis for statistical data to devise a sales strategy and gain competitive advantage.
Building and maintaining business relationships with all the current and future potential clients and leads.
Devising business development and sales strategies for growth.
Liaising with the clients (both existing and future potential clients) for engagement of traffic management projects.
Presenting and promoting Company’s systems & technologies.
Prepare monthly Business Development & Sales report to the Management Team.
