RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk register, daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel related documentation.

• Maintain and monitor quality control and records.

• Prepare and carry out presentation of tunnelling works prior to commencement of works.

• Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of site works, ground improvement,

ERSS, deep excavation, bored tunnelling works, tunnel internal structure construction and Adit/Cross Passage construction.

• Supervision work on a TBM machine controlling the tunnel labour in excavation and ring build

• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records and other construction work.

• Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment

• Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance

• Coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly

• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work

processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction

activities.

• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented

at the work site

• Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.

REQUIREMENT :

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years’ experience in handling Tunneling projects

• Hands on experience in EPB TBM operation

• Independent and self motivated

• Able to do Compress Air Works and shift work (12hours)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and record the minutes of meeting
• Support department manager in admin functions as assigned from time to time.
• Track and maintain an electronic directory and file of all circulars and advisories from MOH, AIC, MOM and other relevant authorities.
• Maintain a current manual of policies and procedures for reference in the day to day operations.
• To be familiar with operations of department and the PDPA compliance of all our procedures and processes for handling personal data and to alert the manager of any gaps in the handling of personal data.
• Foster a data protection culture among the department's colleagues through department audit.
• Assist in the co-ordination for staff engagement event and hospital visits in terms of scheduling, room booking, preparing refreshment, planning hospital tour, participating in the welcome team, etc.
• Assist the manager in collating Medifund claims from various departments.
• Assist the Manager in the co-ordination for the internal and external audits and inspection.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Cover the duties of the department colleagues in their absence.
• Assist in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in connection with the hospital-wide response plan in the event such plans need to be activated.
• Act as an Emergency Warden, capable of handling a fire extinguisher and walking down the stairs. Able to remain calm during emergencies and stressful situations..
• Assume other responsibilities relevant to position as delegated from time to time, including work relating to the expansion of services and development of new services or new projects.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any field of study from a recognized institution
• Additional qualifications in healthcare services are advantageous
• Min. 3 years of related administration work experience from healthcare industry preferred
• Prior knowledge of healthcare operations and service processes would be good
• Prior experience taking meeting minutes
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to relate well with colleagues and external partners
• Adequate IT knowledge is essential as the hospital transitions to an electronic records environment.
